Up and on the go; was mild yesterday (+7C) rain, then very cold (-10C) last night. Windy, too. Global warming (i.e. extreme weather here) is true. The rain and mild flooded the rink; the cold gave us a free glaze without effort. Out on Da Rink, checking for bits of black spruce blown onto the rink and frozen in now ... can be dangerous if left there. Only found one or two; shaved them out with the blade on da new Mellow Yellow Werro style rink scraper-shovel. 10AM in Canada...

West Coast Grouse on da Rocks
I received an unexpected Birthday present today while talking outside of the bike shop. Thanks Mary for the banana bread & the Famous Grouse Bottle! The bread got parked in my belly, the Grouse in the freezer. Stop by anytime for one or two HipaHipa on da rocks.
