The theory: Dubya is not at the White House (he rarely is, anyway) and is down in the Carolinas sucking away (surprise), creating a massive low system to go up the Eastern seaboard. This is so the Texas oilmen can have maximum annual profits, as guys like me can't ride the bike to work for free, we are left to guzzle gas in our Detroit-mobiles.
Meanwhile, Men is sitting back, stacking stones, laffin' his ass off...
